When I walked in the Huia valley, I found the upper Huia dam, built in the 1920s. I came to realise that most of the path up the Huia valley to the dam and beyond used to be a railway line, built to move supplies and people for the dam. I wanted to know more. This book is what I found out. I would like to share it with you.
